Turnberry Architectural Review Committee (TARC)

The objective of the Turnberry Architectural Review Committee (T.A.R.C.) is to provide consistent and appropriate standards to existing architecture, as well as proposed changes to design of the community. 

When to submit a request to TARC

• Prior to making permanent, exterior changes to your home, homeowners must first submit a written request to TARC in a formal, written proposal using the approved form.
  
  
• Changes/Additions requiring a TARC form include but are not limited to:
  • Fence
  • Porch
  • Deck/Patio
  • Shed/Utility Building
  • In-ground Pool
  • Garage
  • Exterior Painting
  • Addition
  • Landscape Modification

• The TARC board position is currently OPEN but temporarily filled by Melissa Zimmerman.
