Association Meetings?
A: These meetings occur twice a year, typically in the winter and
summer. Notices will be distributed with your homeowner's bill as
well as on this website.
Q: When do I need to fill out a TARC
application?
A:
Prior to making permanent, exterior changes
to your home, homeowners must first submit a written request to TARC
in a formal, written proposal using the approved form available on
the TARC page of the website.
Changes/additions requiring a TARC
form include but are
not limited to fences, porches, decks/patios, sheds/utility
buildings, in-ground pools, garages, exterior paint, additions,
landscape modification, etc.
