Turnberry is in the University area of Charlotte, North Carolina, just off Ridge Road within walking distance of Highland Creek Elementary School. Turnberry is a community of 86 homes ranging from single level ranches to homes over 2,000 square feet. We are just a few short miles from Interstates 77, 85 and 485. Area attractions include Concord Mills Mall, Lowe's Motor Speedway and Northlake Mall. We are only 17 driving miles from Uptown Charlotte.

Welcome to our Turnberry HOA website!  On behalf of your Board of Directors, we are very pleased you are accessing the information available on our site.  We try to post upcoming events and items of interest for things in our community on this site.  You will also find useful documents and forms for various projects you may be thinking of doing that require HOA approval.  If you have any suggestions or ideas to help improve our efforts, we would like to hear from you.
