Yearly Events
- Homeowner's Meeting
On a bi-annual basis the Turnberry Homeowner's board schedules a meeting that all homeowners are encouraged to attend. Topics include a recap of events since the previous meeting, current issues facing the community and a look ahead at the next six months. These meetings typically occur in the middle and end of the calendar year.
- Home Inspections
On a bi-annual basis the TARC Compliance officer is responsible for performing inspections of homes from the street level to ensure all homes are in compliance with Turnberry's by-laws. There is a checklist posted in the Documents section that can help homeowner's ensure they are ready for inspections. These inspections occur every Spring and Fall.
